Spa Policy

​1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required before your treatment begins.

• We accept EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard, cash, and Aroma Massage gift vouchers.

• We do not accept Afterpay or bank transfers.

• For group bookings, full or partial payment may be required in advance to secure the appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Changes made within 24 hours may incur a $15 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows or repeated late cancellations may be charged the full treatment fee.

3. Late Arrival

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your appointment.

• If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced to avoid delaying the next guest.

• The full appointment fee will still apply.

4. Your Comfort & Satisfaction Guarantee

Your comfort and satisfaction are important to us. Please let your therapist know at any time if you would like the pressure, temperature, music, or any part of your treatment adjusted.

If you are not satisfied with your treatment and wish to stop within the first 15 minutes, please inform your therapist immediately. A full refund may be provided.

After the first 15 minutes, refunds will not normally be provided simply because of a change of mind or personal preference. This policy does not affect your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

 

5. Health Information

Please inform us before your treatment if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, recent surgery, skin conditions, or other health concerns that may affect your treatment.

Our therapists may adjust, postpone, or decline a treatment if they believe it may not be suitable or safe for you.

6. Professional Conduct & Right to Refuse Treatment

Aroma Massage Hamilton provides professional therapeutic massage and spa treatments only.

Any inappropriate behaviour, including sexual comments or requests, inappropriate touching, harassment, abusive language, threatening behaviour, or disrespect towards our therapists or staff, will result in the immediate termination of the treatment without refund.

Aroma Massage Hamilton reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any treatment where a guest’s behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, or threatening. Serious incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities, and future bookings may be refused.

7. Gift Vouchers & Promotions

• Please present your Gift Voucher or proof of purchase on the day of your booking.

• If your Gift Voucher has been lost or misplaced, please contact us before the day of your treatment so we can verify the voucher details.

• Gift vouchers are subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of purchase.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

• Early Bird offers apply only during the advertised times and conditions.

 

8. Personal Belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings during your visit.

Aroma Massage Hamilton cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged, stolen, or unattended personal items.
